В конце той неделе прошла информация, что американцы сокращают число своих сотрудников, работающих в посольстве. Даже получил вот такое письмо

Ladies and gentlemen,

The United States Government has announced that it believes that terrorist groups are planning attacks against US or Western interests in Uzbekistan in the near future. On 1 June the US Ambassador organized a meeting with US citizens to stress that that this was not a general warning. Instead, he said, it was based upon specific and credible information available to the embassy. He urged people to avoid places where westerners congregate. This would include restaurants, bars, discotheques, hotel lobbies and celebrations. He also asked people to be cautious with casual acquaintances that showed an excessive interest in their affairs.

The Designated Official for Security believes that it would be prudent for UN and associated agency staff members to follow the advice provided by the US Ambassador.

Сегодня закрылся американский посольский детский садик (туда ходит соседская девочка). "Security problem" - объяснили американцы.

С чего это они? Последнее время окончательно перестал верить всем политикам. Думаю, что Владыка Ситх договорился со штатами: попугают, повзрывают для видимости, а те под это дело еще денег дадут, и, может, военный контингент увеличат.
Хотя Владыка Ситх - самаркандский, а самаркандские дружат с Россией. Со Штатами у нас дружат ташкентские. Так что, может, ташкенткие что-нибудь учинить думают (одна из андижанских версий - что пятница 13 - это провокация ташкентских, чтобы Владыку подставить).
